Ok is the OS 1.0 better than 1.1, as it supports more drives?

I have now a 100Mb internal SCSI drive (in my Emax plus) which 
working fine. However it's only 20Mb which is formatted (35 banks). 
But it still works and is an alternative to the old 20Mb Conner drive 
which is hard to get.
