Emax

Hi All,

I just upgraded a friend's emax HD to SE using the Seup.em1 and Emax Util on
my old 98SE laptop in DOs Mode.

Worked without a hitch, although I did not get a restart message, perhaps
because I used an existing emax disk to write the SEup.em1 file to.

Spectrum synthesis is up and running, and now it is running on the Plus OS.

I think this emax is destined for ebay, he also dropped off a EIIIXs and an
EIIIxp, which seem pretty cool, but I really love the emax and I don't
really need another sampler at this point.

Not sure what the issues with the EIII's are, but they seem to work fine
except I cant select the internal hard disk (I think it has one, it sure
sounds like it!) or format it or anything.

Anyone know the EIIIx well?
