Look for PC software that support MIDI Sample Dump Standard. like Sound Forge,
Awave, and SampleVision. SDS is for sending just samples though, no preset
information. MIDI Quest doesn't deal with samples at all.
Is anyone currently working on the Emax Windows Editor that we started a thread about
a while ago?
I'd certainly like to prefer the Apple to the PC, but I can't afford one and all the new
software I'd have to purchase. Maybe someday. I am planning on building a ProTools
set-up in the next 5 years and that will definitely be Apple based.
