A CLV drive will generally work in a system that only requires a CAV drive.
CLV is essentially a super-set of CAV. That is why Macs could always read PC
disks, but PCs could not read Mac disks. I'm still not convinced that CLV is
a requirement. I'm pretty sure a CAV drive will work. I'll look into a bit
more to be sure so that the information can be considered definitive.
