There was a period where they were trying to diversify into electronic directions, and they rebadged both the E-Mu Proteus I and the E-Mu EMAX. The experiment must not have lasted very long because all Baldwin electronic instruments are pretty rare. The company is presently located at http://www.baldwinpiano.com.
