well, writing my last email i remembered that i had an emax ii rack sat in my cupboard. so, 20 minutes later i had the optical 230mb scsi drive formatting a disc and <fanfare please> it works fine - in fact i'm backing up the internal drive now! it works... i also remembered why the emax rack is not racked up in my studio - no rack ears! so, if anyone knows where i can get them please let me know. btw who needs a manual - everything i need to know is written on the machine!! awesome... }:-) <--happy 4-sampler owner email : moose@... music sites : http://www.pigpendigital.com http://www.alaskahighway.com http://www.mishikawa.com
