if the caps are all checked good, then the next most likely thing to cauze high frequency is the coil windings of the transformer…. that can be fun trying to get the correct replacement….

it was recapped by him already, it was something else, the PSU was emitting a hi freq noise. I told him I could take care of it, have it checked by a tech if I could not find the fault but he asked me to send it back and not touch it!
