that sounds like a psu fault have you got a tester to check the voltages of the psu

I just purchased an Emax II and the screen is blank. If you turn it on again you get three lines. I have taken every chip out and cleaned and reseated. I have not touched the CPU or that is what the sticker on top says. It has the memory expansion board. I have cleaned and reseated those chips too. Any help would be great.
