"-- MIDI Program Change now changes pattern, not kit" I do not like it.I would rather see option for it in Global. I often change kits from sequenser sending PC.It is faster, too than KIT->LOAD->ENTER->(UP/DOWN)->ENTER,again and again...

I disagree, it is a very good Idea to change patterns with pgm change. You can now sequence Multi Trig, and change patterns also. This is a big step forward! Flo niall munnelly wrote:

Yes,it is a big step gorward ,but also a little step back, too. Option, what PC command change, would be perfect. > > > I disagree, > it is a very good Idea to change patterns with pgm change. > You can now sequence Multi Trig, and change patterns also. > > This is a big step forward! > > > Flo > > > > niall munnelly wrote: > > On Mon, Sep 06, 2004 at 10:27:20PM -0000, gmm04e wrote: > > > >> > >>"-- MIDI Program Change now changes pattern, not kit" > >>I do not like it.I would rather see option for it in Global. > >>I often change kits from sequenser sending PC.It is faster, too than

Some bugs when using a midi machine: 1. . when removing a chord in a midi machine by turning back n2 and n3 to "0" ; the base note, and on top of that another note (or even two, haven't monitored that) with and offset of about +/-1 will play. so not just the one first set note. 2. when changing the base note of a chord upward with about two or more steps, and than change back the base note to a half note less (i.e. current note value -1), the display indicates new note value correctly, but the midi note will not change. 3. when setting a chord at certain steps, and changing the base note the whole chord gets messed up (i.e. distanced are different than as set). solved the problem by selecting another machine and then changing back to the midi machine. I haven't been able to reconstruct 3 since it only happened once. -r
