actually, reading the archives of this list and everyone´s utmost satisfact=
ion about the Elektron support made up 50% of my purchasing decision (the ot=
her 50% - the sound :) so imagine that i´m a bit frustrated. 

i do still have confidence that my problems will be ironed out courteously =
by "the guys" and i´ll be one of you happy users again.
