Hi guys, let's not attack Kenny please, but let's also not overreact
(contacting a lawyer will not help Kenny imo).

I've also had delays in getting my MD back from Elektron, and I've had
delays with most other companies in this business.
The problem is that it's a very small niche business with small
companies and lots of environment variables. Developers mostly
underestimate the time needed to get something done, hardware parts can
appear to be malfunctioning upon arrival at Elektron, or they can just
not show up at all. These things happen all the time, also at Elektron.

Give the guys some time to fix your device. I'm sure you'll be happier
than ever before once you get it back!

Imho, the only mistake Elektron might have made in your case, is giving
you wrong dates about when you'd get your unit back. In this business
it's extremely difficult to plan correctly.

I wouldn't worry too much: Elektron have a very good standing,
especially when it comes to support. I had my unit sent in for
exchanging the knobs (yeah, I have one of the first batch), and they
even improved the audio part of it when it was there! I'm a happy
Elektron user, and my MD doesn't crash at all.

Cheers,
Joeri
