Hi Bill, Thank you for your prompt reply. I have followed your instructions and the box still comes up in the d radio menus as Japanese. Unusually nothing else is in Japanese.
I noticed this as soon as the box asked for my user id and password. The language was Japanese but the id followed by brackets was in English. I scrolled down the menu and the submit word was English. The box then went to another page it is all Japanese.
I couldn't figure out whether I was accepted or not so I then went to radio channels and selected number 9 which is a subscription only channel. It went straight back to the Japanese request for my id and password. I cannot get past that.
It is also interesting to note that the d radio service menus before I subscribed were in English. Strange indeed.

I dont know why the language changed from English to Japanese. But, to change the language back to English, do the following:
2) Press RIGHT cursor button four times and press ENTER button.
3) Press YES button to select English and press ENTER button.
4) Press YES button to confirm.
