Thanks, Carol, for those questions/suggestions. I've tried some of them, including a factory reset, and will now try the others. If anything works, I'll report back.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
