What Mark is saying is correct. 

The Mark III, cannot see or play MIDI files that are saved directly to a CD. The files must be converted to an "audio" format.

Then burn the WAV files to an audio CD.  As far as I know, the Mark III cannot play MIDI files burned as files on a data CD.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
