power supplies are not terribly difficult to repair if you can get a schematic. does Yamaha provide them, my guess is that they do not and consider it inside information.

if it is a simple supply without complex regulation circuitry, you can often get them working by just replacing the electrolytic capacitors. these are usually the first parts to go especially in supplies that do run warm for many years.
