I have a spyder 4 express, I used it recently to calibrate my laptop screen (Sony svs15), the color came out way off, it's extremely pink. I've tried redoing it a few times, with different amounts of ambient light, all turns out the same. Is my spyder bad? I used the original CD software, which isn't the current version. But the current version I downloaded from datacolor's website freezes every time halfway through the calibration. Kind of frustrating. This thing has only been used once or twice in the past.
