If so, we will certainly replace it. When I look inside one, I see large holes in the back (attached to the base) and small pins (with holes inside them, to minimize shrinkage in cooling) that fit inside the larger holes. Sounds like you may have sheared the small pins off, or it would not have stayed together previously.
