DataColor does not offer repair options for our line of affordable devices; it just doesn't make sense. If your one year warranty is still in place and your hardware proves faulty, you'll get a replacement unit for free If not, a new strip reading version is $339 US at list price, and if you looked around on the web, you should be able to find a remaining patch-at-a-time unit like you currently have for less (though I'd be tempted to go for the faster strip reader!)
