Start by going to the menu and choosing the full calibration option. This will take a bit longer than a ReCal but may solve your issue. If not, then you'll want to be sure you are running the latest version of Elite, and gather all your OS, video card, and display info in order to submit a support ticket.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
