The brightest one possible (Saturation intent), or the most literal one possible even if its rather dull (Relative Colorimetric), or one where all your other colors are blindly desaturated in case the cab yellow, or some other color, may exceed the printer's reach, so that all the desaturated colors will have appropriate relations to one another, even if none of them are literally correct (Perceptual, though we don't do it that way!)
