Datacolor User to User Support Group.

As I recall, the Spyder3 has a two year warranty, but all other  
products, including the Print spectro, have a one year warranty. But I  
think we may want to do a post mortum on your spectro if it's having  
issues... So start a support ticket even if your unit is out of  
warranty.
