Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Hello All,

I am new to this group. After a few months hiatus, I am trying to use 
my 1005 Spectro for measuring densities. This is from a PrintFix Pro 
Suite. Using the measurement tool, I calibrate the Spectro, and when 
I measured the paper white, I noticed a strange result of yellow 
reading. So I went back and directly measured the calibrating tile. 
Same result. My whites are measuring yellow:
L=90.06
a=-24.69
b=80.89

I connected the Spectro to an older computer running PrintFix Pro 1 
version, and I get the same result.

Please help.
