Datacolor User to User Support Group.

Hi I have a ColorVision model #1005 Spectro, I have used it once to
Create profiles for my epson 290 & HP 3300 printers with no problem.
Tonight I set it up & printed the tables plugged in the spectro but no
green led is lighting up.
If I check devise manager I can see the spectro listed but I cannot
get get any life out of it.

Can anyone help me with this problem with suggestions that may lead to
a solution? I have followed the steps in spider print 3 version 3.0b3
