happy to report that my tube VCA worked first time and adds nice tube
grit to anything. and it's *loud*.

thanks to Bill & Will for providing clarity re the mod options, not
to mention recipe ideas ;-)

now if i could just get the damn Steiner filter to work properly, sigh.
