cgs-75 trigger switch?

cgs-75 trigger switch?

2010-05-10 by Pete

Hi folks. I just finished building my second VCS, and when I flip the
trigger switch on, the VCS does not oscillate. I have verified the
switch is functional and that it is wired correctly. Is this the
problem that you mention Ken where you need to replace that 10n cap
with a 1n?

the 10n/1n only has any affect when it is set to run fast. If you can't get
it to oscillate at any setting, you have a different problem.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

Re: cgs-75 trigger switch?

Well one thing I thought about is the fact that I have a different looking
LM3900 than my working VCS. So I'm going to get another LM3900 to see if
that could be the problem.
