Master Divider updated

Obviously someone must kicked the designer pretty hard, as he appears to
have gotten off his ass and finished updating the CGS22 master divider.

The proto run has a few errors on the board. Details for mods are given.
These boards are $10. Price goes up to $15 when the next batch is made.

Ken,

I've stuffed and installed the new divider. No errors that you didn't
point out on your web site. But at 0 degree the divide by 2 out is
changing state on the rising edge of the input while divide by 4, 8 &
16 change state on the falling edge (I haven't checked the other phase
outs). Is that the normal behavior or did I mess something up?
Hopefully I can investigate further in a few days, but I thought I'd
check with you.

I'm not sure who's fault it is, but the cure is simple - move each of the /2
div connections along by two jacks.

My mistake! The DIV by 2 outputs are acting just like your graph. I
at first didn't understand how the outs related to each other.

Is it possible connections 4A and 4C are swapped, 4C goes high when
reset and 4A low.
