Cgs synth

All OTA pin 4 and both 4069 pin 7s are connected to -5 Volts on the PCB.
That is correct. If any are reading as 0V, you have left out a link, or you
have a PCB with an etch fault (very uncommon).

0V! Only pin 7 of the 2nd OTA from the right (pcb in front of me and reading
Cynthia)does not go to 0V - not figured out it's connection for the time being).
