How did you wire the inputs?
The 1U non-polar cap buffers the Triangle input into the Modulator In.
In my modules, I don't use the Mod In pad on the PCB. Check around
there to see if anything's funky.
Try the trimpots, too, to make sure the output levels are high enough
and the inputs are trimmed out.
