The triangle waves will sound quieter as the upper harmonics are somewhat
muted compared to tose of the square wave, but when these oscillators are
set to square wave, thet should be as loud as the others.

The glide is really for use when the unit is running in LFO mode, but yes, a
small amount of glide, when running in audio mode, will act as a low pass
filter, because it is taking the edges off the square waves, and thus
reducing the harmonic content.
