glad to join

Hello out there,
I'm glad to join this group cause I feared I was one of the last Casiohicans.
Just put some manuals for the CZ-5000 & MG-510 in the files section.
Still got other manuals / ads / info available -and willing to share -but I see the space is cramped so moderator feel free to .zip these and just ask for it.
Sorry for the moment none of my gear is available :-)
Perhaps I can make them available in a dropbox space or has anyone an other idea?

Welcome to the group, Peter!

Here's an idea for our moderator / list owner, Graham. (Hi Graham!) If the files area becomes full, you could do like the midiguitar yahoo group did and make a second group "Casio Collectors 2" which is FILES ONLY - NO EMAIL (Theirs is named "midiguitar2_is_files_only_so_do_not_send_email ". You could theoretically make as many extra 'files only" groups as you like!

Just a thought...

Hi Peter, welcome!

Any files that start to fill up the space can be stored on my band's web space - we have 250G of space!!. I've already stored many of the Casio Collector's group files on there:

http://www.warningwillrobinson.com.au/manuals/

Check that they aren't already up there first. If they aren't, you can email them to me and I'll put them up there. It's a handy space, especially for relly big files that yahoo won't accept.

Hi Peter, I've just uploaded the CZ docs that you put up here onto my band's
website, and removed the files from this group's FILES section - in their place
I've left a txt file with the download link for them on my server. That will
free up extra space here for special documents.

I still aim, though, to keep some of the rarest documents and files here on
Casio Collectors as well, in case for any reason my band's website goes down and
they are inaccessible for some reason.
