Thanks for your warm welcome ! I am from France, that's quite a long way far :)
You are right, these drumkits are as rare as hen's teeth ! However, I have found that some places in the world have been better treated than others in terms of Casio product coverage - Australia is definitely one of them
Guess what, it is my second one ! The first I found in Italy, and sold it to a friend in latvia (or estonia, don't remember right now) who just like lucky you, has the most badass drumkit setup I know of : TWO full sets, i stopped talking to him when he sent me the picture (joking of course) - both were used, but well cared units. I assume the picture of the pads on the forum is your set, they are shiny and beautiful
I have been lucky enough in finding a second one for myself (one kick w/legs and 4 pads) and comes from Austria (or Germany), but it also came without the rack, which I never saw anywhere by the way... not sure if there even was a Casio reference for it ? It came however without the DZ-1 unit, which I luckily found like a year later on eBay USA
I really love these vintage synths - I loved them when they came out, but since I was young I had not enough revenues to buy most of them -
Now that I have grown up (smile), I have owned most of them like CZ-3000, FZ-10M and FZ-1 (still have this), VZ-1, two AZ-1 (sold to friends), and also an RZ-1 which I loved, and a pair of SZ-1 for those CZ keyboards without included sequencer :)
So from time to time I like snooping around if I see some manuals, both user- and service-, can become handy one day - and I found your Yahoo Group, which is great !
Is there any way I can contribute : any needed files or manuals perhaps ?
Just curious : what other Casio stuuf do you own ?
Best regards,
Joscelyn

Hey wow, Jocelyn!! That's amazing. I only know of one other Casio drum kit, these things are so rare. I recently got another 3 separate pads off ebay, so I now have 6 pads and 2 kick pads.
Did you get yours with the real Casio rack frame? Mine was only pads -I'm using a Yamaha drum rack frame to mount them. Sure like to get hold of the real Casio frame sometime. And also the DZ drum brain. And an RZ-1. and....and...
What part of the world are you from? I'm in Australia.
Cheers, Graham

Never used, brand new condition! The main picture on this site is an example of a set (although it actually has a couple more toms than my 4 pads + kick). Very pleased - I've dreamed of having a set for my collection for a long time!
