"Panic Reset" does what and how do I reset everything?

"Panic Reset" does what and how do I reset everything?

The manual say: "This fuction resets the most important Midi data to their factory setting". It realy doesn't say what it resets, where that is and how mutch gets resets. I know that it don't clear the whole Preset page as strange things still happens, that someone els must have made.

I bought my FCB2000 used and there has to be a lot of thing programed from the last owner. When I was using Preset 1 and mixing sound with track control I changed instrument on the keyboard and it went to Preset 34. I don't even know how to do that if I wanted it..

Can I reset everything in the mixer?

I have now programed Preset 1 and 2.

Can I make a reset on everything ells, without clearing those two presets?

Regards
Jacob

What Panic Reset does is described in section 23.3 of "BC MIDI Implementation.pdf", available from http://home.kpn.nl/f2hmjvandenberg281/bc2000.html .

Hope this helps,
Mark.
