Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

If anyone is interested, there is a midi sequencer VST plugin for the BCR2000 being offered for public beta testing.

I just uploaded a preset for BCManager that emulates a a Macro control Box for the Kawai K5000.

Ah, just to be clear, when Kawai released the K5000 they also reased an add-on piece of hardware called the Macro Control Box, which was basically a box with 16 knobs that spit out MIDI CC messages.  I don't own a MCB but I do own a BCR2000, so I created a patch to emulate the MCB (one still needs to own a K5000 though).
