Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Ok,

After doing the BCR ver 5.0, I had a request to add somethings to 
the BCF.

I don't have a BCF!!!!
I used BCmanager to copy and paste elements to the BCF.
I have no idea on the ergonomic layout, nor any way to test this.

I added in the 8 d.pots and the cursor clip_fires.
Please test it and tell me if it works,
if it doesn't fix it.

Encoder group #2 is now 8 d.pots. Native Ableton Live support for the
BCF2000 for device/rack control. stefan_soundstudies idea.

Encoder group #3 is 8 cursor up/downs and auto ch select with selected
clip fire on knob push. peter_solvent's idea.


Building on each others' work is a good thing, I hope.
