BCR2K MCU - VST 'Instrument' select

BCR2K MCU - VST 'Instrument' select

2008-07-23 by warminstrel

Been using Genmce MCU (currently using version 4.1 with Live) and can
get all functions to work except selecting vst synths/instruments etc.

Using Huskervu which shows data for EQ's, reverb and all FX in general
but for some reason will not pick up the vst instrument plug ins.

Had the same problem with the original MCU and thought the latest
version would help but alas no.

Anyone else had the same problem? solved it?

(New 4.1 version is the shiz by the way...all on one preset too.)

Up-date:

Hopefully had question answered in Able forum:

Seems you need to hit the button/rotary on the top left rather than the
one corresponding to the track itself.

Hope this helps someone else.....

Right - Sorry I did not get back with you sooner.

The Ch select button will select the track, however that track might
have instruments as well as fx, then you use the vpot select button,
(pushing the encoder #) that corresponds to the device you want to
control.

I did a flash movie on this, on the bcr2000 website.
I think it explains it, I just can't remember.

Look at the flash movie, not the YouTube vid.
