So...

Keyboard --- via MIDI ---> BCR ---- via MIDI ---> BCF ---via USB--->
Computer

Is this correct?
Page 10 of the user manual shows you how to do this.

Down load the latest version of the manual (version 1.1 in various
languages) from the www.behringer.com

I'm not quite sure what you mean here.
You only need a USB hub if you are short of USB ports on you PC

Hope this helps

The picture shows a lead going from the BCF MidiOut to the BCR MidiIn

Midi messages sent from the PC program CAN be used to change the red
display ring around the encoders (on both the BCF and BCR) and so
there needs to be a path back from the PC -> BCF -> BCR

If it is OK to not to have this feature then select mode S-1 on the
BCR and connect the keyboard into the BCR MidiIn.

S-1 mode will merge the data from the Keyboard and the BCR and output
it to the MidiOut on the BCR

Keyboard->
          |-> BCF -> PC
BCR------>     ^      |
               |----<-

All the best

OK for S-1 mod, i realy dont need for LED rings.

And if i use USB hub, is there be latence for that tipe connection?
Do i need Asio drivers?

Just showing the flow of the Midi messages

I think you are thinking about audio. So no you don't.

The BCF/BCR are Midi devices and there shouldn't be any noticeable latency
