Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

I just recently bought a used bcf2000 and I can't get it to work in
automap mode. It works fine in ableton 6 (in mackie emulation mode)
and in reason 4 (in normal mode) and I can map the controllers
manually via midi map mode.

I'm not really sure how everything works yet but do I need to load a
preset  or something?
