I had to drop back to driver 1.1.1.1 - the latest driver 1.2.1.3 consistently gave the error.
Can't get PRO53 to put out CC to BCR yet (to 'learn' it via USB) so maybe something still wrong/
thanks

Subject: [bc2000] Hi - BCR2000 Windows USB problem
Just picked one of these up 2nd hand (actually my second BCR). When I plugged it in/installed drives, it obviously detected it because it let me install the driver but then pops up a windows error
"The I/O device has reported and I/O error"
Obviously i tried wiping the drivers, and restarting, and all that. Possibly a bad USB cable but I don't have another to try.
Tried it on 3 different computers - all do the same.
Will not detect in BCManager. Can't control via USB (soft synths/learning etc).
Any clues on this problem? Or is it a damaged logic chip or something?
Previous owner says it worked ok (on mac) via USB. I did the Panic reset a few times but that's mainly for midi anyway isn't ? It works Fine over midi btw (to my hardware synths)
thanks
