Ah! I only have 3 knobs in the standard output tab. It's probably
because I'm using a Custom DPI setting (115% of normal). The one I'm
missing is "Controller", oddly enough! ;) 

I'll change the DPI setting, bet that'll do it.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
