Bc2000 (for the BCF2000 & BCR2000)

Hi, when using the BCF-2000 in MCU emulation mode is it normal for the
faders to automatically move themselves to the bottom?

If I move a fader to any spot it resets itself to the bottom. I was
just wondering if that is normal. 

I am trying to get this to work with Tracktion and Soundbooth and I am
trying to see if it is working correctly or do I need to return it.

I have not had any luck getting this to control anything at all yet.
I have it connected via MIDI and USB.
