Cirklon first experiment

Cirklon first experiment

2011-06-12 by Benjamin Krupa

Hi everyone,

I received my Cirklon (#32) on Friday and took a couple hours today to
really try it out. The result isn't meant to be something you'd listen
on a normal basis. I rather tried to make some sort of audio story, if
that makes any sense.

Roboto's Journey <http://soundcloud.com/spitznagl/robotos-journey>

This really isn't any sort of self-promotion. It's a silly track anyway
:) .

I'd personally like to hear others' first experiment with their Cirklon
if it is ok to share links here.

Absolutely does

And rather wonderful in its own way too, thanks so much for sharing!

Not sure where my first experiments went but tracks from various stages
are at my soundcloud site. One of the more recent pure Cirklon tracks
uploaded is:

Now, THIS is wonderful. I rarely listen to ambient and other slower
paced music because of how static it is most of the time, but in yours,
there's so much going on. It's a real threat to listen to. Subbed to
your channel. I'm hoping that some more of you guys will follow,
especially those who received their unit not long ago (I'm talking to
you #37 ^o^). This seems to me like a great occasion to discover and
learn collectively. It personally already started with Paul's work.

Cheers man, I am so often guilty of too much going on. I don't think
I've used all 32 tracks simultaneously yet - but it'll come!

Once Colin puts in individual dump/restore of songs I think some sharing
and cross-pollination might be fun.

We should make a Cirklon group on soundcloud :-)
