You can only record un-quantised at the moment.
There is real-time quantise at the track level, so you can set it up so that
whatever you record plays back quantised as soon as it loops.
You can also apply quantisation in pattern edit, so the recorded start-times
are permanently moved to the grid.
I'm going to add quantise-on-record as another option, because the track
level quantise is also used for applying swing on playback.
Sloppy notes can end up on the wrong beat if you forget you haven't applied
quantise.
