For me the beta has some useful features - can't recall if the updated
playlist feature of quick pattern selection is in version 3.1.005 - and
that's really handy. The other new stuff is mainly for remote control.
Why not give it a few days and if nobody discovers any problems with the
beta, go for it. I used it on two P3s this weekend and have just one
possible issue that is specifically related to twin P3 setups and may
even be user error. Colin's betas are usually better than most other
programmers' production releases.
