  Description : A 16-step,  4-ch-output, table-driven sequencer with voltage cotrollable permutation   .Out-1 is the most complex wave with variable Pitch, Duration, Slew & Vibrato. Out-2 is an Attack-Release envelope with variable break point which can also be randomized by voltage control, OUT-3 is a trigger pulse at the start of each event to trigger external modules, Out-4 is only the vibrato component of the wave on Out-1

Oh, yeah.

This is sort of stream-of-concious, so bear with me:

It seems that by sharing code we get to peak into someone's 
mind/soul/personhood in a way similar but different than when we 
share music.  Music is the end product, the polished gem.  Code for 
the PSIM represents the beginning (though refined) stages of a 
musical idea.  It's a cool way to get to know somebody that you've 
never met.

Hello everyone.  Many of you may have heard about the new speech chip called
the SpeakJet.  I just uploaded a demo of the PSIM-1 controlling the SpeakJet
chip to the Files/MP3 section of the SynthModules Group site.  Yes, I plan
on offering a PSIM add-on module based on this chip that will plug directly
into the PSIM-1.

Please keep in mind I've had the prototype speech module running for about
five minutes when I did that sample.  So, watch for better sounding examples
to follow shortly.

Hello everyone.  It seems our Yahoo Group keeps exceeding it's download
limit (I guess lots of you like the MP3's!)... so I've put them all on the
primary SynthModules Web site as well.  If you have trouble downloading them
from the Group site... you can get them here as well (I'll try to keep them
up to date):

At some point, I'll have to start moving MP3's off the Yahoo group site to
make sure there is room for folks to upload new ones along with their PSIM-1
code.
