Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

Replaced the noise/osc balance knob on an SDS200. used a linear 100K pot.
the problem arose first when oscillator's sound didnt come out, only noise.
thought it was the pot but maybe something else?

now the entire drum doesnt sound. when i jumper two of the leads from that
pot i get a signal from the amp (slight buzzing), but then the drum's TRIG
light doensnt light up, like i've shorted the trig input somehow, when i
strike a drum.

so confused.
