Sorry for the long delay, i was busy and didn't take the time to come and see if i had answers. Thanks for your response (waveterm_b and mkirmuc). Well, here are the details: When i plug an MTM trigger output (any channel) to an SDS-8 pad input, the SDS-8 input triggers constantly (sounds like a train). And this, even if i lower the MTM trigger output level all the way to zero. The only way i can stop this is by lowering the SDS-8 sensitivity for the channel until the self-triggering stops. I have to compensate by tweeking certain parameters in the MTM but i cannot get exactly the same sensitivity i can normally get when using the SDS-8 alone. The only thing i can think of is that there may be a DC offset voltage at the MTM's trigger outputs. Or maybe there's something wrong with my SDS-8? Any other ideas? I would like to know if someone else ever experienced this behavior when using these two devices together. And curiously, i do not have this behavior when trying the MTM with an SDS-9. It works very well. Thanks, Norm. --- In Simmons_Drums@yahoogroups.com, Michal Kirmuc <mkirmuc@...> wrote: > > I use MTM with SDSV, SDS7 and SDS8.
