Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

Hi,

I have an SDS-9 connected to a PC which has a 6 channel 
(soundblaster) external audio interface.

The problem is that I am getting a constant high pitched 
interference, and other noises when I move windows around on the PC 
screen. There is at least 1.5 metres of separation between the PC 
and the other boxes.

The interference is identical across all channels, so in a mono mix 
it is multiplied six times becoming quite noticeable.

I have just made new cables in hope of curing the problem, but it 
has not helped. I cannot see any grounding problems.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem please.
