Re: [Simmons Drums] Non-MIDI SIMMONS devices and ZENDRUM

2005-08-02 by christopher mailhot

Hi, everyone ...
Have been away, but wanted to catch up and say "thanks" for all the
good advice and options to consider ... I intend to nail down a
solution to the SDS1000 deal as soon as a have a little xtra loot
piling up (ha!)

Incidentally ; my 1000 (non-midi) did not have a manual when I
bought it. Although fairly straightforward a unit, I would like to
get a manual. Is there one available for (free) download anywhere,
or does any of you have a good contact I could investigate? Thanks
in advance.
Re: the zendrum -- it is a bit of a gimmick-y thing, but for my live
act (a sci-fi thing), the zendrum would not only look great, but it
would beat triggering samples with a keyboard (to me, anyway!)
Best wishes to all --

Chris
