As Jesper has said ;- http://www.modulus-music.com/products/midi2sds/midi2sds2/ I don't have any left unfortunatly, and at the moment I don't have enough spare cash to have another set of boards made :-( I will be uploading the gerber files in the near future, so you'll be able to get the PCBs made yourself at somewhere like PCBPOOL.COM. The chips I have plenty of.
