WTB: Blue CV or Red CV panel

Would need to do some money moving around to make this happen but am putting out the feeler for now to see if anyone is interested.
Would prefer blue CV to finish off my blue fun station but would go with red CV as well if need be.
In boat of any size (preferably with rack ears) will pay 2500 shipped for an Oakland panel, 3000 shipped for a Hartland panel to T6M 0C4 Canada.
Have Modcan A and vintage synths for possible trade but would prefer to buy a panel outright.
